Set in the narrow alleys of urban Manila during the height of a brutal drug war, ANDOY, a transient laborer, witnesses the execution of KERWIN, a teenage student implicated in a police operation. Unseen, Andoy withdraws into silence, returning to his routines as the memory of the event lingers beneath his daily life.
As Kerwin’s mother, MARISSA, searches for answers amid police denials and bureaucratic cruelty, TV journalist PATRICIA IGNACIO attempts to document the rising body count, only to encounter stonewalls, missing CCTV footage, and institutional intimidation.
Their paths orbit their search for truth and justice.
